Huepar offers a full refund for full-priced products in case they are received within 15 days of the delivery provided the following.

  • The product isn’t worn out
  • The product is in a resalable condition.
  • The product is returned with its original tag and case.

Customers need to bear the freight returned to the warehouse

 

REFUND PROCESS

It takes around 2-3 weeks to receive your returned product and to process the refund. Huepar will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle. If you need to return something, please contact us and we will send you the return address.
After we receive the goods and check them, we will refund the full payment to the customer without affecting the secondary sale.

Ps: When your order is cancelled, we do not support shipping refunds in the following cases:
1) Cancellation of orders not caused by product quality
2) Cancellation of order due to wrong delivery address provided by you

REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Huepar will not be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. Hence, we suggest you ship the product with a reputed, traceable, insured, and trustworthy shipping carrier.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Damages to or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 5 days of its delivery. Ensure that you specify the order number, a brief description of the problem, along with a picture of the product.

 

huepar adheres to the principle of customer first and hopes to provide every customer with good products and services.

If you need to cancel an order, we will charge an operation fee for the following situations:

  • You have provided the wrong delivery address, resulting in unreceived goods.
  • After receiving the goods, due to your personal change of mind.

The operation fee includes our operating costs, logistics and transportation costs, and warehouse storage costs. You can contact customer service for help.


Huepar doesn’t accept responsibility for products delivered to an incorrect address given by the sender. Hence, we strongly recommend you to check your shipping information multiple times and confirm your order only after you are sure that everything is correct.

Here is the return process
1. We provide the return address and return information to you.
2. You need to provide us with the tracking number of the returned package.
3. After the goods delivered, you need to wait for our colleague to scan and confirm
4. After confirmation by the warehouse, we will return the money to your payment account, which will take about 48 hours, the exact time varies from bank to bank

 

WARRANTY

The laser tool passed rigorous and comprehensive product inspection. We are confident of the quality of our products and offer outstanding guarantee for professional users of the products.

 

We offer 2 Years Limited Warranty from date of purchasing provided that:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Have not repaired by unauthorized persons
  • Has not been misused

Defective products will be repaired or replaced, free of charge or at our discretion, if sent together with proof of purchase to our authorized distributor(s)

 

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Faults caused by accidental damage
  • Failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions
  • Defects caused by maintenance or renovation without our authorization
  • Calibration and care are not covered by warranty

 

Note:

  • To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable under this Warranty for indirect or consequential loss resulting from faults in this product.
  • Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
  • This warranty is limited to purchased customers, and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.
  • This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.
