Huepar offers a full refund for full-priced products in case they are received within 15 days of the delivery provided the following.
The product isn’t worn out
The product is in a resalable condition.
The product is returned with its original tag and case.
Customers need to bear the freight returned to the warehouse
It takes around 2-3 weeks to receive your returned product and to process the refund. Huepar will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle. If you need to return something, please contact us and we will send you the return address.
After we receive the goods and check them, we will refund the full payment to the customer without affecting the secondary sale.
Refund Terms and Conditions
- Huepar will not be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. Hence, we suggest you ship the product with a reputed, traceable, insured, and trustworthy shipping carrier. We aren’t responsible for any kind of a shipping fee or an import fee incurred in the return of the product.
- Damages to or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 5 days of its delivery. Ensure that you specify the order number, a brief description of the problem, along with a picture of the product.
- Huepar doesn’t accept responsibility for products delivered to an incorrect address given by the sender. Hence, we strongly recommend you to check your shipping information multiple times and confirm your order only after you are sure that everything is correct.
Customers who cancel the order need to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, otherwise the delivery cannot be cancelled.
The laser tool passed rigorous and comprehensive product inspection. We are confident of the quality of our products and offer outstanding guarantee for professional users of the products.
We offer One Year Limited Warranty from date of purchasing provided that:
- Proof of purchase
- Fair wear and tear
- Have not repaired by unauthorized persons
- Has not been misused
Defective products will be repaired or replaced, free of charge or at our discretion, if sent together with proof of purchase to our authorized distributor(s)
This Warranty does not cover:
- Faults caused by accidental damage
- Failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions
- Defects caused by maintenance or renovation without our authorization
- Calibration and care are not covered by warranty
- To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable under this Warranty for indirect or consequential loss resulting from faults in this product.
- Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
- This warranty is limited to purchased customers, and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.
- This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.
- Huepar will provide free replacement of new products for customers who have problems with the product within three months of purchase. If the product has problems within the scope of warranty after three months, huepar will provide new products as a replacement, but customers need to bear the corresponding shipping costs.
